Well hello, new friends and old friends!
My name is Heather, and I’ve arrived, right here in my literal dream. So welcome—I sure do hope you will stop by and stay a while.
For those who don’t know me, first and foremost, I’m a mother to Coraline, and Penelope. Really hoping and wishing I could slow down this time! Girlfriend and best friend to Ramon. Dog mommy to Honey Bun, and cat mommy to Emma—and my long-distance kitty, Tiki.
I have a love for coffee, red and pink lipstick, polka dots, flowers, heels, all things sparkly and glamorous. I just can’t help myself. Tiny things, and the way the sun peeks out from behind the clouds. Vintage—well, vintage everything. Which led me right here to Rising Sun, Indiana, creating this beautiful dream of mine.
I grew up quite literally in the beauty industry. I remember going to hair school with my mom when I was just a child, to growing up right above our salon in a small town, where friendships—and really a family—were born there. I knew that is the same dynamic I wanted to foster. Where people take time, where they listen, where they make you feel seen, where you truly become a friend.
Making things beautiful has always been a passion—or maybe it’s letting others see the beauty that is already there? I can’t wait to share a coffee, give you a moment, and provide something beautiful.
